She spent her life at the Buck On Ranch in Minnesota where she produced several remarkable foals. Once I aquired Czar, I decided to also aquire Zena. The Czar and Zena cross was sensational. I had always wanted to own Zena, and in the spring of 2007, Angie gave me the priveledge of finally purchasing her. We tragically lost Zena on July 1, 2008 due to complications of Hyperlipemia. We tried so hard to save her life, but it wasn't enough. She died peacefully in my arms. Zena left me with an absolutely stunning filly who will now have some big shoes to fill as she takes her mother's place. Zena will never be forgotten, she was truly an amazing mare.
