These pictures were taken at just 8 hours old! Take a closer look at this beautiful golden palomino stud colt, and you will see the carefully thought out breeding program behind him. This little guy only had a 7.5 canon, but look at the legs, all legs, tiny stylish body, this is what you need to compete in today's show ring. Well, here is his FULL SISTER--same color...same PERFECTION. Her sire is Little Kings Boogie Buckeroo, a direct son of Boones Little Buckeroo, National GRAND Champion Senior Stallion. Her dam is Alamos Buck Echos Feverete, a daughter of Little Kings Buck Echo, National GRAND Champion Senior Stallion and National Reserve GRAND Champion Junior Stallion, who in turn is sired by Boones Little Buckeroo. Now I know ALL of you breeders and lovers of miniatures can envision this little guy when he matures. Right now, lots of leg, and yet he is excellent with a refined tiny body and beautiful buckskin coloring. This is quite a pedigree. As you know, we brought Joker and Collectable into our herd for our Buckeroo outcross and what a terrific cross it has become. But this stud is unique. This mare's sire is Medalion, Collectable's sire, and then we bred her to Collectable. Look at last year's filly with this same cross under her photo under our mare page. This guy looks like he will be just as nice. He will be somewhat on the taller side, but time will tell on his height. HERE IS ONE WELL BRED FILLY, and look at that neck and head. This filly carries that tiny baby doll head that our Buckeroo son, Boogie Buckeroo, seems to give most of his foals, and this filly is one special filly. So she is sired by our little buckskin Buckeroo son, Boogie,and her dam is A DIRECT DAUGHTER OF ALVADARS DOUBLE DESTINY, multi-world champion stallion. This filly looks to be bay, but has a very vivid dorsal stripe, so not sure if more of a dun, since out of a palomino and buckskin, time will tell. But it doesn't matter when they are this good.
