Awards: Trophies for Amateur, Youth and Championship Classes. All other Classes Ribbons 1st – 6th

PLEASE ENCLOSE THE FOLLOWING WHEN SENDING YOUR ENTRIES:

  1. Completed entry form duplicate as needed (one horse per entry form) – please print.
  2. Payment for entries, stalls, (checks made payable to NEWMHC).
  3. Signed Waiver for all persons exhibiting horses at the show (back of entry form).
  4. Copy of AMHR registration papers (must be up-to-date) for all horses in order to show.
          a) Geldings may not be shown unless their AMHR papers have been changed from
              Stallion to Gelding.
  5. Copy of 2009 amateur card if showing in those classes.
UPON ARRIVAL AT THE SHOW GROUNDS:
  1. Hours for measuring horses will be on Friday from 5:00pm – 9:00 pm and on Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 am – 8:00 am or as needed.
  2. If the horse has been measured within 60 days of this show, you may present your yellow measurement or permanent measurement card to steward. If you do not have the measurement card, the horse will be required to be measured again.
  3. Registration Papers will be checked at sign up. You will receive your Show packets and back tags after your horses are measured.
  4. Amateur cards & Youth can be obtained from the show steward at the show. Proof of AMHR membership is required or can also be paid to steward at show. Contact AMHR for details.
  5. PROOF OF NEGATIVE COGGINS REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS
