Stormy is an interesting story. I was shopping for a horse for a friend and found him behind a barn. He was just coming 2. I fell in love right away. In all the years we were in horses I never had to have one ... but I had to have him. They told me his backround but we were new and it didn't mean anything to me. He had a build that was exceptional. He has all the big names. Such as Van't Huttenest, Hemlock Brooks, Dell Teras including 2 crosses to the great Moonman. His dam is Tuckaway's Subrina, a producer of many winners.
Stormy is one of the most well-mannered horses we have. As the picture somewhat shows, he is very correct in every way and straight as an arrow. He throws these features on his foals. Stormy has produced national top 10 horses, Regional Champions and National All Star horses along with countless Firsts and Grands. Check out our broodmares and think of the possibilities. We added this exceptional colt as a future stallion to our breeding program. He has bloodlines that are sought after by many. Wittmaacks Mickey Mouse by Gold Melody Boy, and Wink's Jangles. A special thank you to Judith Kurth (Alameda Farm--owner of 2 of the 3 remaining Gold Melody Boy sons) for allowing us to purchase this spectacular little guy. In 2007, Hawk was awarded numerous Firsts & Grand Champion Titles. As a 2 year old, he is well on his way to the Hall Of Fame.
