The Farmer's Daughters team is proud to present to you our 2005 Show String. We want to thank the wonderful clients for their confidence in us, and for the amazing support and friendship we received from them during the whole 2005 season. We have been truly blessed to know you all, and to share in the lives of these beautiful horses! Thank you, thank you!!

Coyote Runs Painted Pretty

2002 mare
Owned by Black Thunder Farm, John and LaDonna Black
Broken Arrow ,Oklahoma

Pretty was a consistant winner in the Senior Mare classes, almost always being named Senior Champion, and twice Grand Champion. At the AMHA Central Regional, she was Top 5 Senior Mare 28-30 with Michele, and Reserve Champion Youth 7 and Under with a Senior Mare, shown by Keelyanna Black.

At the 2005 AMHR Nationals she placed Top Ten in Youth Senior Mare 7 and Under, Model Mare-Under, Senior Mare 28-30, and Multi-Color. All these classes were very large!

A beautiful mare with a beautiful show record! Thank you John and LaDonna for sending this cool little lady up to us for the 2005 show season!

Lilliput Acres Show Me Itty Bitty

2004 mare
Owned by Lyle and Barb Wallin, Laurens, Iowa

This little Spider daughter took the show ring by storm this year. At both AMHA shows she attended, she was named Supreme Champion. Itty was also our Minnesota Miniature Horse Club Supreme Futurity Horse. We attended the AMHA Central Regional Show where Itty was a TOP THREE finisher in her 28"-under yearling mare class against very stiff competition. Together with her brother, Show Me Arrogance, they received the Regional Championship in Produce of Dam. She was also the AMHA Regional Champion Youth 7 and Under with a Jr Mare, shown by Keelyanna Black.

At the AMHR National Show, Itty was a Top Five finisher in Yearling Mares 30-under, and the pair was named Top Three in Produce of Dam.

Quite a year for this little 28" filly, who has the fire and presence of her daddy! Way to go Itty, and thanks again to Lyle and Barb for allowing us to take her to these honors.

2004 colt

This extremely pretty black and white colt with limited showing was a first place class finisher and Reserve Grand Champion. He is available for purchase, read more about him on that page!

Lilliput Acres Show Me Blue Sapphire
2005 filly

This stunning silver dapple pinto Spider daughter was our first place winner in the Minnesota Miniature Horse Club futurity Mare foal class. We are retaining her for our breeding program. Watch for her in the future!

Establo Valentino

2003 stallion
Owned by Marcy Hilbrands, Clara City MN

Valentino was an extremely fun horse to show this year! In the two shows he went to to qualify for Nationals he was Grand Champion Over Stallion. Then at the AMHR Nationals, he really went to town, winning a Top Ten in every class he was in: Model Stallion-Over, Futurity Two Year Old Stallion Over 33"-37", and Open Two Year Old Stallion 35"-37" with Michele, and also a Top Ten in Amateur with Marcy! It was her first time showing Valentino, and they worked real well together. Marcy has a great start going on her ASPC/AMHR breeding program and Valentino will be a big part of it. Thanks, Marcy, for trusting us to show your gorgeous boy!

Lilliput Acres Show Me Code Blue
2005 gelding

"Cody", another of our Spider babies, was named the 2005 AMHR National Champion Weanling Gelding 28-30! He followed in the footsteps of his maternal brother, BA Blue Blazes, who won that honor in 2004. Cody was also on one judges card as the Reserve Junior Champion, which is quite an honor for such a young boy at the Nationals. At the Minnesota Club Futurity in July, Cody was the 2nd place weanling stallion/gelding, right behind his paternal brother, Show Me Class Clown.

This super nice young gelding is available for purchase. Cody would make a great youth horse, and has enough muscle for any performance career. Go to the 2005 foal page to read more about him!

Lilliput Acres Show Me Class Clown
2005 stallion

Clown had a terrific 2005 show season! This elegant and refined Spider son won our Minnesota Club futurity, and then went on to Nationals to see what he could do. We were extremely happy and proud when he placed in the TOP FIVE in the Weanling Stallion/Gelding Under Futurity class of OVER 70 ENTRIES! WOW!!

This young colt will be staying here with us for awhile, as we may retain him for a Junior stallion. The future looks bright for this beautiful colt.

Lot Sa Fun Tru Glittered Jewel

2002 Mare
Owned by Michele Halverson, River Falls Wisconsin

Jewel was a mid summer addition to our show string, and with just a little conditioning, she bloomed! She was an Indianhead CLub futurity winner, and a Minnesota Club money winner too! Then on to the Nationals where she was named a TOP TEN Two Year Old Mare 31" and Under. Jewel is a sweet, sweet mare and we thank Michele for letting us have the pleasure of showing her.

Lilliput Acres Dance 4 A Buck

2004 Mare
Owned by The Mark Huntimer Family, De Smet South Dakota

"Lola", a fancy and showy Dancer daughter, was a pleasure to show for the 2005 season. She was a multiple Grand Champion Over mare, and Multi-Color Mare. At the Sioux Falls Miniature show, she was named Champion of Champions-Over! Our sincere thanks go out to Mark and his family for trusting us to show their new girl for them! Watch for Lola with the Huntimer girls in the future!

Alamo's Streakers Flashing Racer

2003 Stallion
Owned by Virgil Wiltz, Hiawatha Kansas and Jane Macon, San Antonio, TX

Racer and Virgil were one of the highlights of the show year! Besides being an extremely consistant class winner, multiple Grand Champion and Multi-Color winner we had the fun of watching Virgil win many, many Amateur classes with his horse. Virgil had shown sheep and dogs before, but never a horse. The first Amateur class the pair stepped into, in Sioux Falls, they came out with two blue ribbons in a large and competitive class and they never looked back. It was great fun for Virgil and for us!!

Racer was a Top Ten finisher at the 2005 AMHA Central Regionals in Two Year old Stallion 31-33' and also in Multi-Color.

At the 2005 AMHR National SHow, he was Top Ten in both Model Stallion, and Two Year Old 31"- 33". Both classes had over 30 entries!

We have been blessed to get to know Virgil and Lois, and to show this wonderful horse. Thanks so much, and keep that karaoke machine going, we'll be back!!

D & D Jazz Dancer

2004 Mare
Owned by Lloyd and Helen De Moss, Arcadia Iowa

A Grand Champion, and Reserve Grand champion winner, this extremely nice black and white mare was always a pleasure to show. Lloyd and Helen have been great supporters and friends to us and they sent us another good one in Jazzy. She was always "ears up" and ready to try her best.

Thanks so much to Lloyd and Helen, you guys are very special to us!

Lilliput Acres Show Me Arrogance (aka Lil Spidy)

2002 Stallion
Owned by Marilyn Pikal, Winthrop,MN

This little 28 3/4" senior Spider son showed us all that the little guys can do anything! He was a multiple Senior Champion Stallion at AMHA and AMHR shows, and a Reserve Grand and Grand Champion AMHR stallion, too. At the 2005 AMHA Central Regionals, he was a Top 5 28-30 Senior Stallion and half of the Champion Produce of Dam with his sister Itty Bitty for their dam Lucky Hart's Strawberry Doll, and at the 2005 AMHR Nationals he was Top Ten in Senior Stallions 28-30, and part of the Produce of Dam entry and Get of Sire entry that both received Top Tens in some tough competition against much taller horses.

He has his daddy's show attitude and we are excited for Marilyn and her breeding program! Thanks so much for allowing us to share in this little guys show career!
