Mini Horse Clinic

9:30 AM - Timberview Miniatures Stable, Le Grand, Iowa

Mike Herron of Herron's Training stable will give a very informative deomonstration on how to harness, train and drive the miniature horse. This will be a very good demonstration for newbies and those that are experienced in driving the miniature horse.

Club members Pam Crise and Lavonne Parks will be demonstrating how to groom and clip the miniature horse for home and show. They bring with them many years of experience and will give many tips for that beautiful mini.

Plans are if time allows that there will be some hands on available horses at the clinic.

Herron's Miniature Horse Tack trailer will also be there so if you are looking for tack this is the place to be! Many grooming supplies, halters, leads, harnesses, show halters and items will be available at great prices!

Please bring your own lawn chairs and beverages. We will have pizza for a lunch break. There is no fee for this great clinic but there will be a donation box available if you would like to help pay for some of the clinic expenses.

We encourage, new miniature horse owners, 4-H families and the experienced miniature show folks. There is a lot of information that will be exchanged at this clinic and is one that you won't want to miss!

Please contact Larry & Lavonne Parks of Timberview Stables for more information. Ph. 641-479-2203 cells 641-485-2594-Lavonne; 641-691-4321-Larry or Email: timberview@iowatelecom.net
